About The Position

The Undergraduate Information Technology (IT) Intern position at Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a unique experimental environment. This casual role allows interns to work under the supervision of a manager and mentor, participating in various IT projects that contribute to national security efforts. The position is designed for students who have completed their first year in a computer science degree program and are looking to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required
• Completion of the first year in a computer science degree program at an accredited institution
• Must be actively enrolled in school
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Located in the contiguous United States
• Planning/organizing skills and initiative
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and computer programming
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential
