About The Position

The Undergraduate Brand Management Intern at Campbell Soup Company will be an integral part of the Marketing Teams during the summer of 2025. This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to marketing, where interns will tackle a significant business opportunity, conducting in-depth analysis to guide strategic recommendations. The role includes planning, developing, and executing business recommendations, culminating in a presentation to senior marketing leadership. Interns will also engage in day-to-day business needs and participate in training activities such as plant tours and retail visits.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student completing their degree in spring/summer 2026, preferably with a focus in marketing.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of a business opportunity to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Plan, develop, and execute business recommendations for presentation to the CMO and senior marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various marketing activities including package design, promotions, and public relations events.
  • Perform volume forecasting and competitive performance analysis.
  • Engage in market research and advertising development.
  • Contribute to new product innovation and marketing strategy formulation.
