About The Position

The Undergraduate Brand Management Intern will be a key team member of the Marketing Teams over the summer of 2026. Interns will be assigned one holistic business opportunity that will allow the intern to develop an in-depth analysis that will guide a strategic recommendation and creative solve to a business problem whose solution will have a significant business impact for their category. The intern will be expected to plan, develop, and execute the business recommendation that will culminate into a presentation to the senior marketing leadership team. The Brand Management internship is a comprehensive introduction to marketing at Campbell's. In addition to the strategic project, the internship includes day-to-day business immersion and experiences that includes plant tours, retail sales visits, and interactions with our key agency partners. At Campbell's, brand managers are true general managers, owning their business’ P&L and responsible for all consumer marketing activities. As the internship introduces students to this role, they will be expected to collaborate with their cross functional team across multiple areas of accountability, which may include package graphics design; implementation of promotion and public relations events; volume forecasting; competitive performance analysis; market research; advertising development; new product innovation; and marketing strategy formulation. Our summer interns play a key role in the company, and in return, we provide a world-class introduction to marketing.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student completing their degree in spring/summer 2027, preferably with a focus/concentration in marketing.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Solid team skills.
  • Foundational marketing skills.
  • Creativity and thought leadership.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company.

Responsibilities
