Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world! 2026 Undergraduate Summer Intern – Job Posting Department Title: Undergrad Intern – Fiduciary Trust Asset Allocation Please read before applying: Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on June 8, 2026. Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back. Position Summary: We are responsible for setting the asset allocation strategy, both strategic and tactical, for the high-net-worth specialist investment manager (SIM) of Franklin Templeton. Our team also provides updates on financial market conditions and economic data to front-office representatives and our clients. Team Culture: We are a small team (three individuals) therefore the projects and deliverables the intern works on would be a significant contribution to the team’s workflow and research process. Our team collaborates with many teams within Fiduciary Trust (equity strategy, fixed income strategy, manager research and marketing). Our team also collaborates with the broader Franklin organization, such as the Franklin Templeton Solutions group, which we plan on more closely partnering with through FY 2024 Given the fluidity of financial markets, the team is comprised of open-minded individuals. An intern in this department can expect to learn: Have a better and deeper understanding of financial markets, economic data and how these data points fit into a holistic multi-asset/asset allocation strategy. Become more proficient in the Microsoft office suite – Word, PowerPoint and Excel Have a better understanding of the financial service industry and the many aspects that go into a being a first-class provider of high-net-worth services. Would allow the intern to learn about financial markets and portfolio strategy. The intern should largely expect to learn something new every day – this is one of the things I love about my current role within the team. Team often converses with not only investment leadership, but the broader leadership of the firm. This is great exposure for the intern and access that they would likely not get at other large financial service firms. As stated above, the team is small, so the intern’s work would strongly contribute to the team’s performance and workflows. Have the ability to attend outside events that are hosted by sell-side research providers. This would give the intern a broader exposure to the financial service industry. Again, something that is somewhat unique to an internship at Franklin Templeton/Fiduciary Trust.
