Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world! 2026 Undergraduate Summer Intern – Job Posting Department Title: Undergrad Intern – ETF Solutions & Strategy Location: San Mateo, CA Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on June 8, 2026. Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Position Summary: Global ETF Business Management and Data Enablement Crafting and Implementing data strategy to make better decisions fast. Overseeing and directing resources to effectively implement plans and pursue strategic objectives. Optimize business processes and promote profitable growth while working to actively mitigate regulatory and other business risks. Monitoring and evaluating progress towards goals and leading necessary adjustments where needed. Continuously seeking improvement to processes and services through innovation and adaptation. Team Culture: Hard working, supportive, creative team with a proven track record of problem solving and successful execution of firm strategic initiatives. An intern in this department can expect to learn: Use of AI tools and the outputs that impact increased production from the team. Business dynamics of a regionally diverse distribution organization and the sensitivities certain variable present in achieving a desired outcome. Strategic planning that is specific identifies opportunities and optimizes weekly meeting flow for each individual sales person on the team.

Responsibilities

  • Use AI tools to aid sales territory optimization efforts
  • Support ETF Team collaboration with FTT AI team to continue the build out of AI tools to ready for broader roll out to the Global ETF team.
  • Build supporting business case inclusive of ROI model to increase prioritization within AI project list.
