What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points as assigned. Monitor access points and amenities to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or misuse, verify identification or authorization when required, and document access activity per post orders. Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and maintenance or hazard observations, and communicate notable activity to the appropriate contacts using radio and/or phone. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
