  • Execute security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and accompanying policy and procedural guidelines as directed by management.
  • Conduct walking patrols of the building/facility and assigned areas, including vehicular, golf cart, and bicycle patrols.
  • Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations.
  • Perform site-specific duties based on assignment, including customer service, loss prevention, retail security, and lobby/visitor reception.
  • Write detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during shifts, noting unusual activities and resolutions.
  • Know all site-specific policies and procedures and implement emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Follow all company procedures, maintain acceptable attendance, and adhere to grooming and customer service standards.
  • Participate in all company and site-required orientation and training programs.
  • Respond to incidents during shifts in conformity with Post Orders and the Company's Use of Force Policy, ensuring proper action and reporting.
  • Conduct security, customer service, or support functions as directed by supervisors or in support of client requests.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain an OH guard card.
  • Clean drug screen and cleared background check.
  • Physical exam clearance.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current or prior military experience, or college education in the security field desirable.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred, especially in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service.
