About The Position

Security Duties : Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure Extensive walking (down stairs only) and scanning check points Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Extensive Foot Patrol Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door) Two Post: Stationary watch from the Security Desk switch off every hour to conduct an extensive foot patrol using phone software and check points

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Extensive Foot Patrol
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• MD Guard Card
