We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be a key member of our security team, tasked with enforcing regulations, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies with efficiency and professionalism. WE HAVE ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
Ability to maintain composure and make quick, rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a Valid Security Guard License with the State of TN
Must submit a drug screening and background check upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
Enforce access control procedures, including checking credentials and verifying authorized personnel.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by offering assistance and information as needed.
Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
Complete detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or breaches.
Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
