Officers in this role are responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests, tenants, and staff.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required)
• Previous experience in security, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the property.
• Monitor entrances, access points, and parking areas.
• Greet guests and assist with directions or general inquiries.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
• Complete clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork with other officers and site management.
