About The Position

Join our team as an Unarmed 3rd Shift Security Officer, ensuring the safety and security of our premises during nighttime hours. This role is crucial for maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors, preventing unauthorized access, and promptly responding to incidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively
• Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Perform regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure
• Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards to the appropriate authorities
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and provide assistance as necessary
• Maintain clear and concise logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations
• Assist with crowd control and ensure orderly conduct during events or emergencies
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
