About The Position
Excelsior Defense are seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to become part of our exceptional team. The selected individual task is to patrol with a company vehicle and secure assigned premises in a gated HOA community. The Security Officer will work overnight from 10:30pm to 6:30am to make sure there is no disturbance within the property and all HOA rules for overnight parking are abided by. The Security Officer will challenge all people which are suspicious in nature and exhibit suspicious action, writing tickets for illegal parking, and taking pictures each night. This position is of great importance and requires the utmost level of attention to details and procedures. Excelsior Defense must continue to develop and maintain "professional" Security Officer who can provide services to our clients at the highest level and quality. We must provide our clients with a "reliable" security officer. (You must have a State License D to work as an Unarmed Officer in the state of Florida. In addition, it is mandatory that the applicant has a clean driving record, as one of the pre-approval conditions for hire) Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Time: 10:30pm to 6:30am
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
- Valid D Security License (Needs to be Active)
- Must have a good driving record
- Detailed report writing each night
- Integrity and professionalism
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
