About The Position

We are currently seeking an active, diligent and adaptable Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be entrusted with maintaining the safety and security of our client. In this versatile role, you will constantly be on the move. A typical day could include monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, assisting customers and employees, completing incident reports, collaborating with management, maintaining a visible presence, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Keeping an eye on security cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Responding to Incidents: Quickly responding to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Assisting Customers and Employees: Providing assistance and support to customers and employees with security-related concerns.
• Completing Incident Reports: Documenting any security-related incidents or activities that occur during shifts.
• Collaborating with Management: Working closely with store management and other security team members to address security concerns.
• Maintaining a Visible Presence: Acting as a deterrent to criminal activity by maintaining a visible and approachable presence in the store.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
