About The Position

The Unarmed Security Officer position at the Youngstown Regional Office in Titusville, PA involves providing security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and company policies. Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or prior military experience or college education in the security field desirable.
• Possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug/alcohol test.
• May require a current state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to de-escalate situations.
• Energetic and focused personality with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• College education in the security field.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services as outlined in the Post Order Manual and company policies.
• Conduct walking patrols of the building/facility and assigned areas.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, and emergency situations.
• Perform site-specific duties including customer service, loss prevention, and lobby/visitor reception.
• Write detailed incident reports during shifts.
• Contact appropriate individuals as directed by site post orders.
• Know and implement site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
• Follow all company procedures and maintain acceptable attendance.
• Participate in all required orientation and training programs.
• Respond to incidents during shifts in conformity with Post Orders.
