Requirements

• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CLEET Phase I and II preferred, but training and licensing will be provided for the right candidates
• Prior security, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a secure environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol retail premises during overnight hours to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
• Observe and report suspicious activity to management and law enforcement as necessary
• Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
• Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of security activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive security coverage during overnight hours
