  • Deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position.
  • Patrol areas and conduct security checks.
  • Provide protection for equipment and workers in factories and offices.
  • Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.
  • Rover: Conduct foot or vehicle patrols, detect suspicious behavior, and prevent vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior.
  • Gatehouse: Greet residents and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control access to the property.
  • Front Desk: Acknowledge and greet all guests, provide customer service, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages.
  • At least 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8-hour periods.
  • Must be able to do extensive walking and stair climbing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10lbs.
  • Valid state licensing, if applicable.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with report writing.
  • Monitoring and surveillance experience.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Previous security experience is not required but is a plus.
