• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances as per Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of access control systems, CCTV systems, and alarm monitoring procedures.
• Document incidents and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• 2 years of unarmed security experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
