About The Position

The Unarmed Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the client's premises, staff, and visitors. This role requires a professional and attentive individual who can efficiently handle various security tasks while providing a visible deterrent against illegal activities.

Requirements

• Washington Department of Licensing Unarmed Professional License
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Proficient in conflict management

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a visible deterrent against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
• Conduct patrols of parking structures, parking lots, including elevator lobbies and stairways.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit detailed Daily Activity Reports & Incident Reports as needed.
