About The Position

As an Unarmed Security Officer in Albuquerque, NM, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our establishment. Your responsibilities will include patrolling assigned premises, monitoring for theft and violence, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Requirements

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
• Ability to handle physical workload (standing & walking for long periods)
• Comfortable with working in inclement weather
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a current New Mexico Guard card
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass our Pre-Employment screening, including drug test

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Monitor CCTV
• Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
