Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be physically able to patrol and respond quickly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Successfully pass the employment background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or military (preferred)
- De-escalation or conflict resolution training (a big plus!)
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed during high-stress situations
Responsibilities
- Patrol clinic grounds to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety
- Monitor entrances, exits, and surveillance systems
- Respond to incidents with professionalism and calm de-escalation
- Support clinic staff with disruptive situations and enforce safety policies
- Assist with emergency response efforts (fire drills, evacuations, etc.)
- Escort patients or staff safely to their vehicles when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely security reports
- Respect and uphold Tribal values and cultural sensitivities
