Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of security experience
- Ability to work holidays and flexible schedules
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities
- Conduct hourly patrols inside and outside the residential complex
- Scan patrol tags at designated checkpoints
- Monitor property conditions and report irregularities
- Complete daily activity reports
- Prepare detailed incident reports when required
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests
- Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times
