About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a limited number of highly professional Unarmed Security Officers for a high-profile, confidential client assignment in the Schuylkill County area. The client is requesting retired or former law enforcement officers, corrections professionals, and military veterans who understand the importance of discretion and strict adherence to protocol . This is a selective assignment . Candidates will be carefully screened and chosen based on professionalism, judgment, reliability, and the ability to operate in sensitive, high-visibility environments .

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in law enforcement, corrections, detention operations, or military security roles
• Must complete FBI fingerprinting
• Comfortable using technology and electronic reporting systems
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality
• Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work in various environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability based on client needs
• All candidates must pass a mandatory background check
• Required to attend an in-person orientation prior to assignment and attend a meeting to discuss the expectations of the role and meet the client
• Must be willing to sign client and company Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience preferred; law enforcement or military background strongly valued
• Bilingual candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, discreet security presence for a high-profile client location
• Conduct patrols, monitor access points, and enforce strict access control procedures
• Maintain situational awareness while minimizing disruption or visibility when required
• Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
• Respond to emergencies calmly and professionally while preserving confidentiality
• Maintain secure, professional communication with clients, supervisors, and fellow officers
• Adhere to all company policies and client-specific security protocols , including confidentiality requirements
