About The Position
Quest Guards is seeking professional, reliable, and motivated Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for two positions: Full-Time Position – Santa Maria (School Campuses) Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Thursdays | Early departure at 3:30 PM Weekends off Job Type: Full-time | On-site Location: Santa Maria, CA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Part-Time Position – Santa Barbara Schedule Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Plus occasional last-minute weekday openings / fill-ins Job Type: Part-time | On-site Location: Santa Barbara, CA Ideal for candidates seeking: Weekend work Supplemental income Flexible / on-call shifts
Requirements
- Current California Guard Card (required)
- Reliable vehicle & clean driving record
- Professional, reliable, and well-groomed
- Must pass background checks / Live Scan
- RANDOM DRUG TESTS are conducted regularly
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years security experience preferred but not required
- School security experience a plus
