Responsibilities
- Greet ALL Customers – “Welcome to/Thank you for Shopping at ..."
- Be Alert, Observe, and Report suspicious activity, – be engaged/offering assistance (again – strong visibility)
- Communicate Clear.
- Walk Employees out to their car – if requested
- Abide by all our Policies – i.e. - receipts/breaks, use of cell phones, Shoplift Policy, no weapons, etc.
- De-escalate situations / treat everyone with Courtesy, Dignity and Respect
