About The Position
The Knowledge Management and Capacity Development Specialist at UN Women is responsible for overseeing the knowledge management and capacity development functions of the Spotlight Initiative, which aims to eliminate violence against women and girls (VAWG). This role involves coordinating the collection and dissemination of good practices, providing technical support for program development, and facilitating knowledge sharing and strategic exchanges to enhance global policy and advocacy efforts on EVAWG. The Specialist will also develop capacity-building strategies and workshops to strengthen the Initiative's programs and partnerships.
