About The Position
Overview University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. University Radiology at Cooper is a partnership between University Radiology , the largest provider of subspecialty radiology services in New Jersey, and Cooper University Health Care , South Jersey’s leading academic health system. Responsibilities University Radiology is looking for a per diem Ultrasound Vascular Technologist for our Cherry Hill and Moorestown, NJ Imaging Offices . To cover weekends/PTO time. In addition to being RVT certified, our Ultrasound Vascular Techs are also required to be certified in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN. Ultrasound Vascular Techs must be certified in RVT and at least one of these areas to qualify. URG will reimburse for educational materials and exams for additional certifications, as well as a bonus once obtained. May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
Requirements
- ARDMS Registered in Abdomen, Breast, OB/GYN
- ARDMS or ARRT Registered in Vascular Sonography
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
