About The Position
Ultrasound Technologist (PRN – Beach Blvd.) Breast sonography experience needed. Schedule: Availability to work Thursdays and Saturdays PRN, ability to work additional shifts is a plus. We’re currently seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our St. Augustine team on a PRN basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting—no overnight shifts, no on-call hours, and closed for most major holidays. Flexibility is preferred, as this PRN role helps provide coverage where it’s most needed. You will:
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited ultrasound program
- ARDMS certification required (Breast specialty strongly preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience, including strong breast ultrasound proficiency
- Experience in OB/GYN, Vascular, and General Ultrasound
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in OB/GYN, Vascular, and General Ultrasound a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams, with emphasis on breast imaging
- Obtain and document accurate patient histories
- Follow established imaging protocols and ensure diagnostic image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and providers for accurate interpretation
- Maintain a clean and organized ultrasound suite
- Verify orders and confirm prior imaging
- Support scheduling and workflow coordination as needed
