About The Position

This Ultrasound Technologist position supports a community-based hospital radiology department with over 40 imaging staff. The technologist performs a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound studies and must be flexible with scheduling. Floating within radiology areas may occur, though charge duties are not required. Equipment includes GE Logic E10 and Samsung WS80A units. Weekend requirements are limited to on-call rotation. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transit access.

Requirements

• RVT and ARDMS (AB or OB) credentials required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent unit experience required.
• Must independently perform abdominal (aorta, RUQ, renal, spleen), OB (1st trimester and limited 2nd/3rd trimester), GYN transabdominal and transvaginal, small parts (thyroid, testicular), upper and lower extremity DVT studies, carotids, and renal artery exams.
• Recent EPIC experience (within 2 years) is required and nonnegotiable.
• BLS certification required.
• Complete work history with explanations for gaps over 90 days must be included at submission.
