Ultrasound Technologist
About The Position
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures and delivers high-quality patient care for individuals across the lifespan, from neonatal through geriatric populations. This role operates in a fast-paced imaging environment and relies on professional expertise, collaboration, and adherence to departmental scanning protocols under the general supervision of a Radiologist. The Ultrasound Technologist produces diagnostic images, interacts professionally with patients, physicians, and staff, and maintains accountability and attention to detail while operating imaging equipment safely. This position supports a variety of care settings and patient acuity levels and contributes to a collaborative, patient-centered imaging team.
Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program required
- ARDMS certification in at least one specialty required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to completion of orientation
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical diagnostic ultrasound experience preferred
- Additional ARDMS certification in ACR-accredited specialties preferred

Benefits
- Base pay varies based on experience.
- Mid-grade hourly rate is approximately $38.34.
- Evening shift differential is $2.75 per hour.
- Night shift differential is $3.25 per hour.
- Weekend day differential is $2.50 per hour.
- Weekend evening differential is $4.00 per hour.
- Weekend night differential is $4.50 per hour.
- A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
- Relocation assistance is available based on distance from the primary work location.
