About The Position

Within the organizational structure of radiology, the Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasound exams to assist in direct patient care. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a work commitment of at minimum 1 shift within a 6-week period. In a Convenient Care/Imaging Center setting, the technologist may also assist other modalities and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Less than 1 year of applicable experience
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross certification
RDMS Certification - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Obtain Reg Vascular Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 90 days from start
