About The Position
Ultrasound Technologist - Mooresville, NC Roshal Imaging is looking to add a FULL TIME Ultrasound Technologist to our North Carolina team! We are seeking to hire ultrasound technologists that are patient care oriented, eager to develop their professional skills, and desire the opportunity for growth within our company. Roshal’s Ultrasound Technologists perform a variety of routine and emergency ultrasound imaging and other sonographic procedures with minimal supervision, requiring independent judgment.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of ultrasound imaging experience is required.
- RDMS certification is required
- Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population.
- Ability to be self-directed and organized to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Must be up to date on all vaccinations as required for hospital employment and pass any needed health screenings, including drug screening and background check.
- Must have a current BLS/CPR
Nice To Haves
- RVT is preferred
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical diagnostic imaging procedures, including OB, general, and vascular
- Communicate pertinent clinical information and ultrasound findings to the radiologist
- Utilize systems such as PACS systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data
