Ultrasound Technologist at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR. Requirements

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Oregon Sonographer Or Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer Temporary Upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years Clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• 2 years OBGYN sonography experience for 612-71875, 612-71877, 612-71878, 612-71882, 612-71883, 612-71884
