About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist – Vascular to join a busy diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality vascular and diagnostic ultrasound examinations independently while maintaining excellent patient care standards and clear communication with the clinical team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (CHEA/USDOE recognized)
• RDMS certification in Abdominal and OB/GYN required
• Minimum 1 year of professional ultrasound experience
• Strong ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations
• Obtain, review, and document relevant patient medical history prior to procedures
• Accurately identify normal and abnormal anatomical and pathological findings
• Communicate exam results and preliminary observations to interpreting radiologists
• Manage daily workflow within the sonography lab, including patient scheduling
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, quality assurance, and safety checks
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout all procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with departmental protocols
