About The Position

Ultrasound Technologist - Echo at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Under the direction of the Cardiologist and Supervisor, Sonography and with latitude for independent judgment, performs all the professional duties involved in the utilization of high frequency sound waves for ultrasonic diagnosis at the technical level. Acts in compliance with Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards. Produces and evaluates images and related data to be used by physicians to render medical diagnosis. Requirements

• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in Sonography or a related Imaging field.
