About The Position

The Ultrasound Technologist PRN at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is responsible for performing ultrasound procedures to detect pathology, regulating equipment, and assisting in the daily operations of the Ultrasound Department. Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Vocational School Graduate in a relevant field.
• Registered with RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer).

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures to detect pathology.
• Regulate equipment used to produce ultrasound images.
• Send images to PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
• Assist in the daily operation of the Ultrasound Department.
