Requirements

Certification required (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography).
1-2 years? experience preferred.
Computer literate.
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
Graduated of an accredited program required.

Nice To Haves

Successfully certification in at least one body or region by ADRMS is desired.

Responsibilities

Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.
Positions patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording.
The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.
