Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
  • Strong technical ability with ultrasound equipment
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Takes ownership and brings a “no task is beneath me” mindset
  • Is detail-oriented and committed to clinical excellence
  • Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and always ready to step in where needed

Nice To Haves

  • ARDMS certification preferred
  • Prior experience as an Ultrasound Technician is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams with precision and attention to detail
  • Capture clear, accurate images to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Welcome patients and guide them through their visit with confidence and care
  • Prepare patients for procedures including ultrasounds, EKGs, Wavi brain scans, and blood draws
  • Ensure comfort, safety, and trust throughout every interaction
  • Work side-by-side with providers, MAs, and clinical staff to deliver seamless care
  • Assist with a range of clinical duties including: Vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs Spirometry, ABI testing, allergy testing Room prep, stocking, and maintaining clinical spaces
  • Step into Medical Assistant responsibilities when not performing ultrasounds—this is a key part of the role
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Support clinic flow, jump in where needed, and help solve problems in real time
  • Assist with outbound calls during downtime to help grow our patient community
