About The Position

InGenesis is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasonic equipment. This role also includes mentoring and guiding junior technologists to ensure high standards of patient care and imaging quality.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (ARDMS or CCI certification required).
• Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic ultrasound experience.
• Proficient in instructing patients for optimal imaging positioning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership in fostering a respectful and efficient team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasonic equipment across various modes and techniques.
• Identify, evaluate, and document anatomical, pathological, and functional data.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging tests; maintain operational logs.
• Record and update test results in patient records for physician review.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment; manage supply inventory.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to lower-level technologists.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
