About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or equivalent experience according to Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC).
• Must become registered by the ARDMS within 6 months of employment.
• BLS certified.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience is preferred.
• Registered ARDMS and/or RVS/RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams.
• Perform routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provide patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.
• Communicate effectively with staff and radiologists.
• Provide patient care to all age groups.
