About The Position

The Ultrasound Technologist Multi Registered position is a PRN role based in various hospitals under Premier Health. The role involves performing ultrasound examinations on patients of all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. The position requires flexibility in working hours, with variable 12-hour shifts. The technologist will not have supervisory responsibilities and will not manage any FTEs. The job does not require prior job-related work experience, making it suitable for recent graduates or those new to the field. However, preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in ultrasound. The role demands a strong understanding of ultrasonography and the ability to work under potentially stressful conditions, including exposure to blood and body fluids.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Allied Health with a major in Ultrasonography.
• No prior job-related work experience required.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in Ultrasound.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an accredited program in Ultrasonography.
