About The Position
Description Per Diem, Rotate Job Summary: Operates Ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of Imaging procedures as indicated by physician orders and protocols. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of requested imaging procedures. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program for Ultrasonography
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Current CPR (BCLS) certification
- ARDMS Certified
- #LI-TK1
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of Ultrasound procedures.
- Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PACS.
- Monitors equipment and department supplies.
- Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
