Support Physician Collaboration: Assist physicians in gathering critical sonographic data to diagnose a variety of conditions and diseases, including direct support during interventional procedures like biopsies and drainages. Ensure Patient-Centered Care: Obtain complete patient medical histories, educate patients about their procedures, and provide assistance with post-procedure care. Maintain Operational Excellence: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on equipment, ensure proper safety standards, and meticulously maintain accurate patient records, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality. Optimize Workflow: Manage inventory, ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, and maintain a clean, organized work area with proper disinfectants. Requirements

  • Required Education: Graduation from an approved school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Required Certification/Registration: Must achieve US (Ultrasound) registration within 1 year of the hire date.
  • Required Minimum Experience: Clinical experience obtained during Sonography schooling.
