About The Position

The Ultra Luxury Concierge at MGM Grand Mansion is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experiences align with the highest standards of luxury and hospitality. This role involves managing guest interactions, assisting with requests, and maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the Mansion and MGM Grand Hotel/Casino. The concierge will also handle various administrative tasks and coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill guest needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a concierge, front desk, or VIP agent in a hotel setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of prior administrative/coordinator/concierge experience is a plus.
  • Prior Forbes training and/or knowledge is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a public relations representative for the Mansion and MGM Grand Hotel/Casino.
  • Greet guests at the entrance and escort them to their Villa when appropriate.
  • Inform the Butler Manager and Butlers about guest arrival and departure activities.
  • Operate multiple computer systems while managing multi-line phones and responding to urgent emails.
  • Assist VIP guests with hotel registration, check-out, and concierge requests.
  • Maintain knowledge of dining and entertainment options in Las Vegas to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Accurately update reservations for Company Executives' guests and ensure up-to-date information.
  • Enroll guests in the MGM Rewards loyalty program and communicate effectively with them.
  • Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining guest profiles.
  • Assist with planning guest itineraries and handle pre-arrival requests.
  • Manage the group inbox and respond to all email correspondence within 24 hours.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to execute elaborate guest requests.
