In this role, you will: Serve as the initial contact for UHNW clients, resolving complex account issues and providing investment guidance. Use the Professional Selling Skills framework to identify client needs and share insights with Relationship Managers. Deliver high-quality, efficient service while anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions. Collaborate across teams to maintain and enhance the UHNW client experience. Document client and team feedback to support continuous service improvement with the business. Build expertise in Vanguard products, services, and industry trends to guide clients effectively.
