About The Position

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an Ultimate Frisbee Club Coach for the upcoming 2026 spring season. The 2026 spring season runs from Monday, March 16th through early June. Practices are generally after school. Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): The club coach is responsible for assisting all aspects of coaching a high-level Ultimate Frisbee program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school and MIAA. The club coach will have the ability to teach Ultimate Frisbee fundamentals as well as game skills and techniques. Expectations: Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course Ability to drive the school van to away races/practices Ability to work with high school population Understanding of high school sports operations Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics Be prepared, punctual and ethical Experience Preferred: Experience coaching Ultimate Frisbee Experience playing Ultimate Frisbee at the high school level or equivalent Stipend Range per Schedule B Club Stipends. Requirements

  • Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course

  • Experience coaching Ultimate Frisbee
  • Experience playing Ultimate Frisbee at the high school level or equivalent
