Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, specifically with UKG WFC and Pro WFM
  • 3+ years of experience in UKG WFM Time module functionalities, configurations, and best practices
  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certified in UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the UKG WFM Time module, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the system
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the UKG WFM Time module, providing insights and solutions for both internal teams and external clients
  • Manage escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of all actions taken
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of the UKG WFM Time module to meet organizational needs, including rule setup and timekeeping parameters
  • Work closely with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the WFM Time system
  • Provide training and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff to enhance their troubleshooting skills and product knowledge
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with management to implement changes that enhance user experience and system efficiency
