About The Position
This is a hands-on technical/programming role. The Lead .Net Developer will work closely with the program owner to ensure successful development of new applications while maintaining business continuity of existing applications. Responsibilities include helping with triaging application issues, supporting customer requests, enhancing existing functionality, and building new applications. The role also involves support and maintenance of existing web applications, requirements gathering, and interaction with stakeholders in a collaborative team environment. The Lead Developer will design applications and their components, document and maintain project artifacts, and suggest best practices and implementation strategies. Additionally, the position requires maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices, developing and integrating software applications using AGILE methodology, and helping maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Collaboration with Business Analysts, Architects, and Senior Developers is essential to establish the physical application framework. The Lead Developer will also monitor application health and usage, identify issues, plan, and execute their rectification, while mentoring and supporting junior developers.
