About The Position
Align HCM is seeking an experienced UKG Project Manager to lead and oversee a team of consultants in the successful implementation of UKG Pro solutions for clients. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while aligning with client requirements and business needs. The Project Manager will demonstrate strong client management skills and possess technical experience in HCM and WFM solutions, along with a strategic business mindset.
