About The Position

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect (formerly UKG Dimensions Architect) to lead the design and implementation of time tracking, scheduling, and absence management solutions across a complex, multi-business environment. This role is pivotal in aligning UKG Pro WFM capabilities with organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration, optimal user experience, and compliance with labor regulations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 7+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture or functional lead role.
• Deep understanding of time & attendance processes and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in global, multi-country environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Healthcare domains.
• Certification in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence).
• Familiarity with Activiti BPM platform and Dell Boomi middleware.
• Experience with Kronos iSeries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect UKG Pro WFM solutions to address workforce management challenges.
• Provide advanced knowledge of modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance.
• Design and support integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi).
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs.
• Enhance processes to improve end-user experience.
• Own reporting strategy and workflow creation using tools like Activiti.
• Guide and support team members to build solution capabilities.
• Manage timeclock design, access control, and system profiles.
