About The Position
The position involves leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to ensure successful implementation and optimization. The candidate should have experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation for a multi-country rollout. The role requires a proven track record in providing comprehensive end-to-end implementation solutions from inception to completion, which includes requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hypercare. The candidate will be responsible for defining system architecture, ensuring alignment to business needs, and driving technical excellence through this implementation.
